Responsibilities:

Operate and care for equipment and materials
Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards as requested; load or unload construction materials
Put together and take apart temporary structures, such as scaffolding and fencing
Remove, fill, or compact earth/stone
Perform skilled labor when necessary
Assist craft workers
Assist with cleaning job sites

Qualifications:

High School diploma required
Experience as a general laborer in the construction industry is a plus
Knowledge of or willingness to learn PADEP’s regulations is preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to pass a company physical exam (indicating that there will be no restrictions for field activities or use of a full-face respirator)
Valid driver's license without major violations
Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Ability to be punctual and reliable is a must
Desire to learn various trades such as plumbing, concrete work and electrical
Must be highly credible and trustworthy, and operate with high degree of integrity
Must hold oneself and others accountable and strive for a high level of excellence
Must have a positive, can-do attitude and be able to fuel growth and innovation
