Banda Group International is seeking a seasoned waste professional to provide support by reviewing existing data and processes the data to determine if it is adequate to characterize the waste or if additional data is needed or confirmation to meet the receiving facility WAC.

This may require the development of Sampling and Analysis Plans (SAP), implementation of the SAPs, with the support of the team, providing the labor to sort and segregate the debris and size reduce it for packaging. This position requires the ability to determine the number of samples and locations to meet the required confidence level to adequately characterize the waste stream and the knowledge to review the raw data and draw conclusions necessary to profile waste for disposal.

Qualifications:
This individual is not expected to be full time but rather as the specific need arises. Senior Waste Consultant will need at least a 4 year college degree in a relevant major and must have at least 10 years of experience in the radioactive waste industry in a senior position, preferably within the DOE Complex.
